"I was 19, working for a massive franchise rubbish removal business. I really felt that there was a gap in the industry between affordability and professionalism."
Long story short, I finally built up the courage to buy a beat-up truck from an auction and figure it out as I went along. I figured if I worked harder than the franchise blokes and charged half their price, the work would come.
Turns out, it did. What started as me doing solo pickups has grown into a tight-knit crew of 8 of my best mates, two trucks, and a properly run operation across Melbourne.
We've stayed family-run, mate-led, and obsessed with the same things we cared about on day one: showing up on time, doing the heavy lifting properly, charging a fair price, and leaving the place better than we found it.
Every job means the world to me, and I'm genuinely grateful for every Melbourne local who took a chance on us — and continues to.

How does it actually work?
Easy. Fill the form or call us, and we'll lock in a time that suits — same day if you need it. We rock up, take a look, give you a flat-rate quote on the spot. Happy with it? We clear it right then. Want to think? We'll book you back in. No deposits, no upfront fees, no pressure.
How much does it cost?
Single item pickups start from $99. Multiple items or a small load starts from $195. The final price depends on how much truck space your stuff takes up — we give you a flat-rate quote onsite before we lift a finger. If you don't like the price, we leave. No call-out fee, no obligation.
Why are you cheaper than the big franchises?
Because we don't have a franchise office in another state taking 30% off the top. The big franchises charge for a lot of things that have nothing to do with your junk: royalty fees, head office salaries, national ad budgets, call centres. We're a local crew with no franchise overhead, so we pass the saving on. Same trucks. Same gear. Same dump fees. About 30% cheaper.
Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
Not a finger. We come into the house, garage, shed, attic — wherever your stuff is — and carry the lot out ourselves. We're fully insured, so dragging a fridge down a flight of stairs or wrestling a couch through a tight hallway is on us, not you.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Same-day pickup is available subject to truck availability. Call us early in the day and we'll do our best to slot you in. If we can't make today, we'll lock in the earliest time that works — often the next morning.
Are you fully insured?
Yep, fully. Public liability, workers comp, and goods-in-transit cover. If we ding a door frame, scuff a floor, or anything goes sideways during a job, you're covered. Certificates of currency available on request.
What happens to my junk after you take it?
We sort it at our depot. Anything reusable gets donated to local charities, recyclables go to the right facilities, and only what's genuinely landfill ends up there. We'd rather make 3 trips and do it right than dump everything in one bin. Clean space, clean conscience.
Is there anything you don't take?
A few things — mostly hazardous stuff: asbestos, chemicals, paint, oil, gas bottles, and large quantities of car/truck tyres. If you're not sure, just ask. For hazardous waste, we can point you to the right specialist who can handle it properly and legally.
Do you work weekends?
7 days a week, 8am–6pm. Weekends, evenings, early mornings before your office opens — we work around your schedule, not ours. End-of-lease deadline on a Sunday? Renovation cleanup before Monday tradies arrive? We're there.
What areas do you cover?
All of metro Melbourne — from the bayside suburbs to the eastern, northern, and western suburbs. If you're outside the metro area, give us a bell — we can often still help, just may take an extra day to organise.
